    Unless things have changed greatly Mr. Carmody does not care about the individual or their problems and at times he appears to busy to handle important situations. When asked for advice and help resolving a bankruptcy matter we recieved incomplete information and were not told of the resulting outcome even though additional investigation proved the answer to our question was straight forward. Work could have been completed by his office to solve our issue but none was presented. This was in 2005 during the law changes and the office was swamped, yet his unresponsive nature cost us more than his set filing fee. Now eight years later we must file again for the same relief originally sought but unless he will provide us a just refund it is impossible to complete. Unless you know all the law yourself it may be unwise to enlist his services. He is one nice individual who has helped many people, but he cost us dearly and showed no caring or concern for our situation.

    Great people and good bank but their online bank is to hard to get into and needs improvements bad if you forget your password or banking ID you have to have it reset at the main branch theres no other way you can pull up your accounts. that can be alot of hassle they should have sercurity questions to help you get into your online accounts. But George and Jessica at the tazewell branch are awsome to bank with.
